I've just driven the car from your workshop to Wollongong, and I have to say that the improvement provided by your XB kit is really obvious.

If you have even driven through the up-and-down hills bit on the way down to Wollongong, with the XB kit the WRX goes really happy all the way on the 5th gear only. Yes, I don't feel like I am on the 5th gear and it feels like there is endless torque potential while you are depressing the pedal on the up hill. Huge low-rev difference against the XA kit (although the difference between XA and stock has been so big already). I haven't try anything higher than 5000rev (just in order not to get a police show up and cancel my license), but I guess I will figure it out in our next track day or skid pan day.

And yes! It sounds a lot better, and that changes the whole characteristics of the car.

$5K (combined with the XA kit cost) might feel a lot, but not anymore once you get this kind of result. Like I just read earlier today on Motor Mag, bang for my bucks, :-)
