FAIR GO POLICY
Who and What is covered?
You are covered by the MRT fair go policy if you are the owner of a vehicle with MRT parts or work completed on it. This policy is aimed at those times when you feel you should ask for help, but think you will get no where. This is to encourage you to ask!
What is covered?
The Fair Go Policy is designed to provide you an easy way to contact us if you feel you are entitled to help, outside the other warranties that MRT offer. Its our way of saying, "please ask us so we can help you".
What is not covered?
The Fair Go Policy is not aimed to provide a unlimited warranty for everything MRT offers. It has its limitations and should be considered as "common sense".
LIFETIME WARRANTY

You are covered by the MRT lifetime warranty if you are the owner of the vehicle at the time the relevant work was being performed. (see notes for subsequent owners)
What is covered?

What is NOT covered?
The Warranty does not cover abuse or use outside the design of the parts supplied or as noted in the factory service schedule.
Non standard parts except those supplied as listed (above) are not covered.
Wear and tear items, such as brakes, filters, cat converters, air flow meters, O2 sensors, clutches, tyres. hydraulic componants etc.
When does it Begin?
The Lifetime Warranty is effective as of delivery on completion of work when payment is received in full.
Servicing and Maintenance
In order to maintain the MRT Lifetime Warranty, the person or entity covered by this warranty must maintain the vehicle to its full manufacturer servicing schedule including observing all distance travelled and time related interval instructions by a qualified mechanic.
In the instance a warranty claim is being made proof of records may be required.
The vehicle should also be subjected to any repairs and maintenance as deemed necessary and relevant upon inspection regardless of servicing schedules.
Failure to do so may result in delays, cancellations of warranty and rejections of claims.
When MRT Lifetime Warranty does not apply.
You are not covered by the Lifetime Warranty if;
- You are a different or subsequent owner or entity of the vehicle. (See notes)
- You have not adhered to the manufacturer service schedule.
- You have used the vehicle in any type or Motorsport or timed racing or style event.
- You have modified the vehicle beyond MRT recommendations.
- The claim is a result of a failure or a consumable component such as (but not limited to) oil seals, brakes, clutches, tyres etc.
- For transport, accommodation, rental cars, towing or other similar costs.
