Alternator Options

Hi

I have a 1991 3 Cylinder non-turbo charade G100
I am looking at upgrading the alternator from stock to a high output alternator
for car audio, and am wondering if anyone has an ideas as to what options i have?
I have been told by a auto electrician that i dont have many options, but i have
seen another charade like mine with a Toyota Landcruiser alternator
